New Year - New Happiness!

We have set our sights high for the coming year. Despite the difficult initial situation, we have also been able to record some positive events in recent months. The normalisation of relations with Israel as well as the opening up of Dubai, which has been completed to the greatest possible extent, show that we are starting the new year with a lot of verve and energy.

Only recently we were able to learn from the media that the isolation of Qatar will be lifted with immediate effect. This is also good news with regard to the upcoming
major events in the region. In addition to the Expo 2020 and 2021, the Football World Cup is coming up soon, which will provide the region with a global stage and new impulses.

What does the future hold for the real estate market?

Since August, we have seen a pleasing increase in enquiries from Switzerland and Germany. The trend is towards beachfront properties. Above all the Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Marina, La Mer and the still very current Palm Jumeirah.

Terra Nova Real Estate's strategy is clear:
We are at home in these areas and have in-depth knowledge of both the market and the property.

In addition, we see a need for apartments from 'first hand'. This means that we have decided to invest in our own properties and offer them exclusively to our clients. In this way, we ensure that the quality and location of the properties are right in the secondary market.
