On July 3, 2026, we were pleased to welcome numerous guests to this year’s real estate event at the Sablier at Zurich Airport. It was an evening filled with engaging presentations, interesting encounters, and an open discussion about the real estate market in Dubai.
Terra Nova kicked off the evening with a journey through time, tracing Dubai’s development since 2010 and highlighting the milestones that have made the city one of the world’s most attractive real estate destinations.
DHG then presented its current projects and provided an overview of its activities as a Swiss real estate developer in Dubai.
During the reception that followed, the focus was on personal interaction. In a relaxed atmosphere, participants shared experiences, answered questions, and engaged in many interesting conversations—which is exactly what makes events like this so valuable to us.
